Quotes, Estimates & Contracts
Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through this website, by phone, or in person is preliminary and not a binding offer or contract. Under New York General Business Law Article 36-A, home improvement work is required to be governed by a written contract signed by both parties before work begins, which will set out the agreed scope of work, price, payment schedule, and other required disclosures.
Nothing on this website creates a contract between you and J&J Home Solutions. A project only becomes binding once a written home improvement contract has been signed by both parties.
Your Right to Cancel
If you sign a home improvement contract with us in your home, New York law generally gives you the right to cancel that contract without penalty within three business days of signing. If applicable, your written contract will include the required cancellation notice and instructions for exercising this right. This website does not itself constitute such a contract or notice.
Licensing & Insurance
J&J Home Solutions represents that it holds the home improvement contractor licensing required in the municipalities and counties where it performs work, and maintains general liability insurance and any required workers' compensation coverage. License numbers and insurance details are available on request and will be included in your written contract.
Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logo, and project photography on this site are owned by J&J Home Solutions or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent. Project photos may depict client homes; we only use them with the homeowner's permission.
